The Presidency has dismissed reports alleging that kitchen staff at the Presidential Villa plotted to poison President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing the claims as false and misleading<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, debunked the report in a post on his official X account on Sunday, insisting that no such incident occurred at the Presidential Villa.<\/p>\n

He wrote, \u201cNo Aso Rock kitchen staff arrested. No Aso Rock kitchen staff attempted to poison President Tinubu. Please ignore this fake news being disseminated by this video.\u201d<\/p>\n

The viral video had claimed that a presidential chef was arrested following intelligence reports suggesting suspicious activities related to food preparation within restricted areas of the Villa.<\/p>\n

However, the Presidency maintained that the report was entirely fabricated and urged the public to disregard the circulating claims.<\/p>\n
