Ghanaian authorities have confirmed that the man accused of secretly recording intimate encounters with Kenyan and other African women is 36-year-old Russian national Vladislav Luilkov.
The government released the suspect’s passport details and said international legal processes are being initiated to ensure he faces charges once he leaves Russia.
Earlier reports had circulated an alias, “Yaytseslav”, purportedly a pickup artist from Ulyanovsk, but Russian authorities dismissed that identity as false.
Ghanaian officials noted that Russia does not extradite its citizens, and legal measures are being pursued to hold him accountable abroad.
